疏肝理气忘优草

<strong>材料:</strong>干金针菜一两、黑木耳5_8朵、素肉酱一罐<br />
<strong>调料:</strong>麻油、素高汤、盐、糖、天然味素适量。</p>
<div><strong>做法:</strong></div>
<div><strong>1</strong>、金针菜、黑木耳分别用水浸发开、去杂质洗净。用开水烫过。</div>
<div><strong>2</strong>、金针菜挤干水、去两头梢硬部分、再切成两段、与黑木耳拌匀放入盘中。浇上烧热的素高汤。</div>
<div><strong>3</strong>、再把素肉酱开瓶、撒在金针菜和黑木耳上即成。</div>
