大抵健身的熬炼-鼓掌熬炼

<p style="line-height: 16.5pt"><span style="font-size: 11pt"><font face="宋体">  鼓掌熬炼要领很大抵<span lang="EN-US">,</span>将十指伸开<span lang="EN-US">,</span>手掌敌手掌<span lang="EN-US">,</span>手指敌手指<span lang="EN-US">,</span>用力拍击。只要不太饱或太饿<span lang="EN-US">,</span>什么时间都可以熬炼。每天可拍<span lang="EN-US">1</span>~<span lang="EN-US">2</span>次<span lang="EN-US"> ,</span>每次拍的次数<span lang="EN-US">,</span>可因人而异<span lang="EN-US">,</span>治病可多拍<span lang="EN-US">,2000</span>~<span lang="EN-US">5000</span>次;健身可少拍<span lang="EN-US">,1000</span>次左右。鼓掌时要看重<span lang="EN-US">:1.</span>要坚持<span lang="EN-US">,</span>不要停止;<span lang="EN-US">2.</span>要用力拍<span lang="EN-US">,</span>不要怕痛;<span lang="EN-US">3.</span>拍一段时间<span lang="EN-US">,</span>手有些处所会呈现红肿、乌青<span lang="EN-US">,</span>乃至裂开出血等征象。这时,可以减轻鼓掌的力度或停拍几天<span lang="EN-US">,</span>待好了再拍。时间长了<span lang="EN-US">,</span>就不会孕育产生这些题目。<span lang="EN-US"><o:p></o:p></span></font></span></p>
